Our practice covers bilateral and syndicated loans, bond/note issues and programmes, structured finance, project and acquisition finance, export finance, real estate financing, leasing, and derivatives. Reconstruction & Insolvency

We represent clients in negotiations with creditors and debtors in reconstructions, suspension of payments, corporate recoveries, and out-of-court workouts.
