Niclas Högström

Otávio Lucchese

Brazilian lawyer who specializes in corporate law and has a proven track record in mergers & acquisitions and civil litigation. Otávio is also experienced in the areas of arbitration and real estate. Since his graduation from the Law School of São Paulo University (USP) in 1995, Otávio has attended the Program of Instruction for lawyers at Harvard Law School and acted as attorney within leading law firms in Brazil. Viktor Magnell

Specialises in corporate law and the securities market, including public transactions such as IPOs and takeovers as well as various issues relating to corporate governance and market abuse. He also has wide experience in financial transactions, including both debt and equity. In addition to working as a legal practitioner, Viktor lectures on corporate law, securities market and insolvency law. In 1994, he was awarded the Cassel Prize for the best graduation thesis at the Faculty of Law at Stockholm University. The following year, he received an LLM from Columbia Law School.
