Törngren Magnell has advised Jernhusen AB in connection with the refinancing of existing bank loan. The new SEK 5.5 billion revolving credit facility with Nordea as lender has a term of six years.

Jernhusen owns, manages and develops a property portfolio of stations, offices and workshops along the Swedish railway. Jernhusen is a wholly owned subsidiary of the holding company Swedcarrier which is owned by the Swedish state.

Törngren Magnell assisted Nordic Paper in its acquisition of Wermland Paper from Procuritas. Wermland Paper, with production facilities in Bäckhammar and Åmotfors in Värmland, is a market leading producer of unbleached kraft paper, both in Europe and globally. Nordic Paper is the world's largest manufacturer of greaseproof paper, which is used for a number of different applications, such as cooking, baking and as a barrier.

Törngren Magnell assisted GE Capital group in the sale of GESF Södra

Törngren Magnell has assisted GE Renting and GE Structured Finance both included in the GE Capital group in the sale of the limited partnership GESF Södra KB to Danske Renting and Danske Securities. GESF Södra KB is the owner of the real property Tankbilen 3 in Trelleborg.

Törngren Magnell assisted Cision in partnership agreement with Oslo Börs

Törngren Magnell has assisted Cision in connection with a partnership agreement with Oslo Börs in order to be able to offer IR-related services together on the Norwegian market. The joint offer is directed to all listed companies that are affected by the new European Transparency Directive in Norway. Cision AB is listed on the Nordic Exchange and had a turnover of SEK 1.9 billion in 2006. Cision operates in the US, UK, Sweden, Canada, Germany, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Lithuania, Hong Kong and the Netherlands and has partners in another 125 countries.

Törngren Magnell assisted in acquisition finance of Nautilus

Törngren Magnell has advised FSN Capital II in the financing of its acquisition of Nautilus. The Nautilus Group is a leading Nordic health and fitness chain operating approximately 120 clubs. These clubs are primarily located in the Nordic region. The Nautilus Group is also present in Germany, Iceland and the United Kingdom. In 2006, the group had total revenues of approximately SEK 340 million.

Törngren Magnell held a legal seminar in co-operation with the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) and the Japanese Businessmen's Club in Stockholm (JBC). The seminar aimed to provide an overview of relevant areas of Swedish commercial law to members of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Japan in Sweden.
