Törngren Magnell assists Swedcarrier and Electrolux in the sale of Nordwaggon

Törngren Magnell has assisted AB Swedcarrier and AB Electrolux in connection with the sale of the jointly owned company Nordwaggon AB to Transwaggon. Nordwaggon is one of the leading market performers within the railway logistics. Nordwaggon operates approximately 3,500 wagons and is locally represented at five locations in Europe, except for Sweden.

Swedcarrier and Electrolux were represented by Törngren Magnell in respect of transactional and financial issues. Törngren Magnell's team consisted of Peter Törngren, Viktor Magnell and Katrin Andersson.

Törngren Magnell assists in a MBO in Eldon Holding

Törngren Magnell represented the management of Eldon-group in connection with the buy out from EQT of Eldon Holding AB. Eldon Holding AB is a leading supplier of facilities for the protection of industrial, electronical, IT- and telecommunication equipment. Eldon possesses its own production sites in England, Holland and Spain. The MBO-transaction included a refinancing of the Eldon-group.
