As a lawyer at our firm, you will have an opportunity to work with a variety of corporate legal matters with a focus at transactional law, often with an international angle. Most of our work is performed in teams of two or more lawyers. Newly qualified lawyers thus have the opportunity to engage in work relating to different fields of the law, and in addition receive client contact at an early stage in their employment.

Since the composition of our teams will vary depending on the nature of an assignment, our new recruits will have the opportunity to work with different colleagues in different cases. This approach enables and supports a natural exchange of knowledge, which all our lawyers, junior as well as senior, are able to benefit from.

We offer our lawyers advantageous remuneration packages, and generous opportunities for further education through internal and external courses, including business English. The firm seeks to attain a friendly atmosphere wherein the organising of social activities is encouraged, as well participation in joint sports activities.

What we are looking for
We are continuously looking for new graduates, recent graduates with experience from serving as law clerks or more experienced lawyers, who have a particular interest in our practice areas. Besides high quality legal knowledge, you should possess very good language skills in both Swedish and English. Previous experience of studying or working abroad, and knowledge of foreign languages is of course a merit.

As a person you should be flexible, have a good understanding for the commercial interests of our clients and be a true team player. For us, it is equally important that you have a strong team spirit and an unpretentious attitude, as having good academic and professional qualifications.

Summer internships and traineeships
At present, we do not accept applications regarding summer internships or traineeships.

Law Students
Since 2008, we participate in the work-fairs organized annually at Lund, Stockholm and Uppsala University. Through our contacts with the universities, we have recruited a number of law students as part of our firm's "student pool". These students assist our lawyers with simpler tasks when the need arises.

On a few occasions every year we accept essay trainees, who are able to write their master’s thesis at our office while having the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the work as a corporate lawyer.
