Törngren Magnell has assisted the Japanese company Kringle Pharma Inc in its establishment of a joint venture company with Tripep AB (publ). The new joint venture company will focus on clinical development of the wound-healing medicine ChronSeal.

Törngren Magnell sponsored and participated in “Meeting Point Japan 2008”, which was organised by the Sweden-Japan Foundation, Swedish Trade Council, Swedbank and Invest in Sweden Agency. The theme of the event was Acquisition, integration and business development.

5 February 2008, Tokyo
Törngren Magnell held a presentation on “M&A in Sweden from a Legal Perspective” at the Investment Seminar 2008 at the Embassy of Sweden in Tokyo, which was organised by the Invest in Sweden Agency.
